# Steve Gordon
Steve began his career as a carpenter in the 1980's. He then moved into contracting and subsequently transferred to global project & cost management firm Hanscomb where he learned project, cost and value management at a young age working on projects for Unilever in South America, BAA Heathrow T3, BBC Telecomms & Broadcasting, Hackney Community College and worked on global cost journals for Hanscomb USA. He then worked on large scale projects including a ceramic plant in Malaysia, before joining PMR Automotive in constructing and engineering the Jaguar Car Plant in Liverpool for Ford/Jaguar and other car plants in the Midlands. Subsequently he progressed to Commercial Manager UK for The Austin Company an ENR Global Contractor working in many sectors including process, oil, gas & energy, chemical, industrial, pharmaceutical, construction and engineering projects for most of the major global corporations ( AstraZeneca, AKZO Nobel, Nestle, IPSEN, British Bakels, 3M, Tripos, Pfizer, GSK, BP, BAA, Marathon Oil etc. ). He joined CMP on a number of smaller projects including a retail scheme, British Airways London Eye, a Riverside Residential scheme and Upmarket Residential Apartments in Islington.
He has subsequently founded STP Gordon & Co. a consulting, design and engineering, procurement and construction services provider working on projects for Key Clients. He is responsible for consulting, project management, value services, risk & opportunity management, procurement, construction management and cost control within the firm. His overseas experience includes Europe, North America, South America & Asia.
# Roberto Gonzalez
Roberto began his career as a civil engineer in the 1980's with Dragados. He then moved into railway contracting working for Vias for a number of years. Before moving to Dycasa where he advanced on to highway projects. Finally he moved to Drace where he encountered marine and special hydraulic projects. His overseas experience includes North & South America. He is responsible for consulting, design and engineering within the firm. Roberto is fluent in Spanish, Arabic & English.
